• Click "Submit" and await an acknowledgment receipt via email.

Email:

• Draft a detailed email describing your claim and send it to claims@impulsetrading.io.
• Ensure the subject line reads: "Claim Submission - [Your Full Name] - [Date]"
• Attach any pertinent documentation or screenshots.

2. What Happens Next?

Upon receiving your claim:

• An acknowledgment receipt will be sent within 24 hours.
• A dedicated claims specialist will review your submission.
• You'll receive a detailed response or a request for additional information within 7 business days.
• We will strive to resolve all claims within 14 business days of initial submission.

3. Appealing a Resolved Claim

If you're not satisfied with the resolution of your claim:

• You may escalate it by writing to our Claims Appeal Division at claimsappeal@impulsetrading.io.
• Ensure you reference the original claim and elucidate the reasons for the appeal.
• Our senior review team will assess the appeal and respond within 7 business days.
